The True Essence of Christmas

         Christmas is the birthday of our Lord Jesus Christ, given birth by Virgin Mary, because of the Holy Spirit. Christmas is the season of giving gifts, singing Christmas carols and mailing Christmas cards. This is the true essence of Christmas.

       But for me, in my own view, Christmas is the season where we give toys and clothes for the needy and poor. Last Christmas we went to manila and I had lots of time with my relatives especially with my Kuya JM Montojo and I had great conversations with them. On January 1, 2009 we had a reunion with the family of my Mother and also with my Father because their places are both in Cubao, Mother's side in Quezon City and Father's side in Caloocan. We only have Christmas once a year so we should enjoy it, give love to other people and make others happy.

        For me, Christmas is the most memorable and the best holiday in the whole year. This following year, I want to change all of my bad habits and wrong doings because I want to live a happy, clean and long life. This is my idea about the true essence of Christmas. Pagpapatibay ng Pagkataong Pilipino Tugon sa Hamon ng Panahon

   The essay that I'm going to encode today, December 2, 2009 is about "Pagpapatibay ng Pagkataong Pilipino Tugon sa Hamon ng Panahon",  is from the Values Department. Strengthening the Pilipino Value through Challenges of Time, through the years, many challenges are won by us, Filipino citizens because of our hard work and commitment. Our Filipino values are greater than any other kind of value in the world. We are very hospitable, reverent, thrifty, honest, brave and most of all we fear God more than others. Even if our values are already well and good, we can still improve it through the help of the Almighty. In the 2010 election, we must vote for the deserving President, and I recommend Bro. Eddie Villanueva because he is a God fearing person, and if our ruler is righteous, our country will excel and all that I said will come true if you picked the right one. This is my idea about our topic. I'm sorry if Bro. Eddie is mentioned, I'm just telling the truth.

"My Reflection in the 2nd Grading Period"

In this quarter, I have learned a lot, about the internet, computer and especially tags. We learned about different kinds of tags and types of tags like the "stand alone" tag. It doesn't need any end tag and it can stand by itself, an example is the "br". We also posted essays about different kinds of activities that are held in our school. Before the periodical test, I didn't review much about TLE so I got an average grade but I'm content with it. I thank our teacher, Mrs. Vera Cruz for teaching us all of this. What I've just said is only a brief summary of what we've done in the 2nd Grading Period. Thanks for reading my essay.

Diversed Science

       This month of september, we are celebrating the science month. The science department is conducting different activities like making a slogan, essays and many more. We must make changes for our country in order to help our own country.

      We must be proud of our own products for our country, the Philippines. As a kind and responsible student, all that I can do now is to be a good student, follow all of the rules, and because it is the month of science, We must participate in all of the activities and as a good example, we must clean not only in the science faculty, but also in our community.

    This is my idea about, "Adapting to science culture for development"

"Wikang Filipino, Mula Baler Hanggang Buong Bansa"

"Ang wikang filipino ay ating wikang sarili. Dapat ibahagi at dapat ipagmalaki, mula Baler hanggang sa buong nayon, ng ating bansang nasyon."

This is my tribute to our topic, "Wikang Filipino, Mula Baler Hanggang Buong Bansa", this means that the filipino langguage, from Baler, spread in the whole country. Our late president, Sir Manuel L. Quezon, came from Baler, the birthplace of the Filipino language, is also the birthplace of Manuel L. Quezon.

We, Filipinos, are destined to use the Filipino language, as our own dialect. We should be proud of our own dialect because it is original and our "mga ninuno" strived hard to complete our own alphabet.
This is my idea for "Wikang Filipino, Mula Baler Hanggang Buong Bansa"

"English & Filipino"

We should speak English or Filipino properly because it signifies that we love our own country, and we are proud of it. If we are always speaking English or Filipino with kindness, many people will like us and will be happy talking with us because we can understand each other.
We should not speak English or Filipino with high temper or misuse it because it will only bring shame to our country.

"My Reflections"

In our first quarter, I learned on how to make an account in blogger and how to post in our blog. And my knowledge in internet became wider and I realized that the internet is very helpful to mankind.
One of the problems I encountered in the first grading period, how to make an account in blogger and publish my post. But now I already know how to use it properly.
I will address it as the things that help me to gain more knowledge and now I know how to use it properly and wisely.
Moving on I will use the internet wisely. I will apply all of my skills in computer and on the internet and my new knowledge will help me a lot. I thank our teacher in T.L.E. for teaching us all of this.

"Wastong Nutrisyon Kaiilangan, Lifestyle Diseases Iwasan"

This Month, we are celebrating the Nutrition Month. We usually do activities like "food festival", "jingle composition" and we make essays like this one I wrote.

We should take care of our body and eat nutritious foods because our bodies came from our God. We should eat nutritious foods to keep our body healthy and strong and we should avoid lifestyle diseases like eating junk foods and other unhealthy foods.

We need good or right nutrition for our body to stay healthy and in good shape. We can get these nutrients by eating vegetables and fruits that are fresh and green.

Lifestyle diseases are like bad habits that are caused by not caring for the body, eating junk food and not having the proper hygiene.
