"Wastong Nutrisyon Kaiilangan, Lifestyle Diseases Iwasan"




This Month, we are celebrating the Nutrition Month. We usually do activities like "food festival", "jingle composition" and we make essays like this one I wrote.
We should take care of our body and eat nutritious foods because our bodies came from our God. We should eat nutritious foods to keep our body healthy and strong and we should avoid lifestyle diseases like eating junk foods and other unhealthy foods.

We need good or right nutrition for our body to stay healthy and in good shape. We can get these nutrients by eating vegetables and fruits that are fresh and green.

Lifestyle diseases are like bad habits that are caused by not caring for the body, eating junk food and not having the proper hygiene.
